Level Up Guide

Here are some general guidelines of how much exercise to do in order to level up.
Levels 1-10: Five minutes
Levels 11-20: Ten minutes
Levels 21-30: 15 minutes
Levels 31-40: 20 minutes
Levels 41-50: 30 minutes
Levels 51-60: 35 minutes
Levels 61-70: 40 minutes
Levels 71-80: 45 minutes
Levels 81-90: 50 minutes
Levels 91-95: 55 minutes
Levels 96-100: 60 minutes
Example: If you have a level nine Meowth, you would need to walk for five minutes to raise it to level ten. Then, to raise it to level 11, you would need to walk for ten minutes.
Dragon types and legendaries work a little bit different. For legendaries, simply double the time of the appropriate exercise. Dragon types need a combination of exercise types in order to level up. For a level five Dratini, running for five minutes won't level it up, but if you do five minutes of weight lifting as well, your Dratini will be level seven.
Here's some guides for leveling up with other healthy habits besides exercise. They only go up to 30 since the focus here is more on fitness, but you can always do things however you want.
Drinking water:
Levels 1-10: Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Levels 11-20: Drink 8 glasses of water a day for two days in a row
Levels 21-30: Drink 8 glasses of water a day for three days in a row
Healthy eating:
Levels 1-10: Have one healthy meal
Levels 11-20: Have two healthy meals
Levels 21-30: Have three healthy meals
Levels 1-10: Five minutes
